Message from CEO
I witnessed my mother suffer from a chronic ailment due to an inconsistent healthcare system. I understand your pain completely.
You may have sensed an intrinsic need for a bridge that fills the gap between hospital discharge and full recovery for patients, especially those who are in need of post hospital discharge care. This very need motivated me to explore a comprehensive alternative healthcare model.
